We research a variety of flights, hotels, tours, cruises, excursions, etc. and provide consultation to you and your traveling companions during the planning stage. All inquiries are answered in a timely manner.
We will utilize suppliers that are highly regarded and offer impeccable service and value. We will facilitate the booking of various travel components including airfare, hotel, resort, cruise, ground transportation, excursions, event tickets, etc. We will also manage travel details such as deposits, payments, invoicing and room allocation.
We will provide a detailed final itinerary and all travel documents will be released no later than 10 days prior to departure provided that the trip has been paid in full.
We will follow up with you to gain insight on your experience with our agency and our suppliers. We will request pictures and a review to be used on our website and social media pages.
This initial 30 minute consultation allows us to get to know each other and learn about what you are looking for in your next vacation.
